3. This announcement shall come into effect from January 1, 2024. The "Management Requirements for the Application of Compulsory Product Certification Marks" issued by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration in Announcement No. 10 of 2018 shall be abolished simultaneously.
The 3C certification will be issued with an electronic version by default on January 1, 2024. If necessary, a paper version can be applied for separately. After the issued CCC certificate expires, it will transition to the 3C electronic certification certificate.
Is 3C certification mandatory?
