The QI wireless charger has no corresponding regulatory requirements for the FCC in the North American market. For regulatory gaps, the FCC issued the KDB 680106 guidance requirements. KDB 680106 has developed technical specifications, test reference standards, RF Exposure test methods and certification procedures for QI wireless chargers.
